– Entity in good standing with Secretary of State
– EIN number with IRS
– Business address- matching everywhere.
– D & B number
– Business License- if applicable
– Business Bank account
– Business phone number listed in National 411
– If under 2 years in business than you have to give a PG or a security deposit of 500.00 to open an account.
